Comfortable beds and 24-hour reception, but bathroom needs improvement and room smelled stale.

The room was pretty spacious and clean, which was a plus. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. However, the bathroom felt cramped, and the first room we got had a strong odor, so we had to switch. After a couple tries, we found a decent room, but even then, we had to open a window. No elevator to the second floor too, which was a hassle. Just an okay experience overall.

I really loved the friendly staff and their quick help! 😊 But the room could use some updates, as there were some unpainted areas. Overall, a good stay!

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly squeezed juice and friendly staff who made our mornings enjoyable. However, the location was disappointing and seemed neglected. The two queen beds in our room were comfortable, but the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Despite the help we received with our luggage, the lack of an elevator made for a challenging experience.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy room with two queen beds and the delightful breakfast spread each morning. The indoor pool was a great place to unwind, and I loved the hot tub for some extra relaxation. The air conditioning could be a bit loud at times, but that didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊

fantastic access to parks and wineries every weekend traveler will enjoy
We had a great experience exploring nearby attractions like the Big Sioux State Recreation Area, which is just over 4 km away, and the Great Wall restaurant, a few steps from the hotel, making our strolls truly enjoyable. The room looked and smelled clean, and the bed was comfortable, which added to our pleasant stay.

The room was surprisingly clean and the bed was just right, but the breakfast was the real winner, hot scrambled eggs and sausage, something you really need after a long drive. I was impressed by the staff, they kept everything refilled and clean like they actually cared, it’s like they knew we were tired and wanted us to have a good start to the day.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for two nights, it was still acceptable.

Upon arrival, a sign indicated that phone service was down, suggesting ongoing issues at this location. The room had a stale smell, and there were unpainted spackled holes in the walls that detracted from the overall appearance. On a positive note, the breakfast offered a variety of options, and ample parking was a convenience. The indoor pool was available, but our bathroom layout felt cramped and could definitely use some upgrades.
